    By developing life-management skills (i. e. marriage; child-rearing; self-discipline; finances; etc.)

  2. Equipping to serve their church

    By discovering spiritual gifts

    By developing skills to serve

  3. Equipping to serve their community

Foundational Values

God wants men to lead discipled and fruitful lives.

Many men lack a sense of direction and discipline.

God has placed men at the helm of the family, church, and community.

Many men have abdicated that responsibility and families, churches, and communities are unraveling.

The character and skills to lead a family, church and community must be intentionally developed in the church.

No other societal institution focues on developing the character and skills that build a healthy community.
